How we handle reader data
A plain-language privacy notice. We collect the data needed to deliver the live board, manage your account, and the analytics required to improve the product. No data is sold.
Data we collect
Account: name and email. Account-only features: phone number for password reset and KYC. Reading data: which stories you opened, which fixtures you followed. Cookies: a session cookie for sign-in, an analytics cookie for our team. We do not run third-party ad-network cookies.
What we do with it
Account data runs the live board, captain picks, withdrawal requests and the customer care workflow. Reading data is used to improve the homepage ranking and to flag patterns that guide our editorial coverage. We do not sell data. We do not share data with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Account data is held while the account is active. Reading data is anonymised after ninety days. We hold KYC documents for the minimum period required by anti-money-laundering regulation.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, request corrections, restrict processing, or request deletion. Customer care responds to all four within the regulator's specified window (typically 30 days).
