Process
How account deletion works

Request from the customer care portal
Sign in to the customer care portal and choose ‘Delete account’ in the settings menu. The portal sends a verification email.

Confirm
Click the link in the email. Account is marked for deletion; you have a 48-hour window to reverse the request.

Deletion within 30 days
Personal data is deleted within 30 days. KYC records are kept for the regulator-mandated minimum (typically five years).
