Verification and withdrawal flow
How identity verification, withdrawal requests and the minimum KYC documents work on COMEsportsdaily. Customer care responds within four hours.
The minimum documents we need
Identity
Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport or Driver's Licence). The document must be valid; expired documents are not accepted.
Address
Aadhaar (front and back), utility bill (electricity or water) issued within the past three months, or a bank statement issued within the past three months.
Bank
Cancelled cheque, bank statement, or passbook first page showing the holder's name, account number, IFSC and bank branch.
Live photo
Selfie holding the photo ID. The face must be visible and clear; the photo ID must be readable in the same frame.
How withdrawal requests flow
Submit
From the customer care portal, choose ‘Withdraw’. Enter the amount and confirm.
Review
Customer care reviews the request within four hours. KYC and contest settlement are confirmed.
Bank credit
The amount is credited to the registered bank account within 24 hours. Most clear on the same business day.
