DRS and stoppage-time handling

T20 leagues use two reviews per innings (compared with three in international cricket). Strategic time-outs: one per innings, 2.5 minutes. Rain delays: DLS par scores are calculated using the ICC method. Super-over rules: one-over eliminator, boundary count after tied super overs.
